7.22.4 Horn of Wonder

 HORN OF WONDER

The first crystal will form into a Horn of Wonder which allows activating the horn's first power. Each additional crystal will add either an option for */* damage buff (stackable with other artifacts) or a different special power. You can build the horn up to 20 crystals. WONDERHORN will show you all syntax. Note that crystals can also be traded with other players.

Finally, you can change the name of your horn once per game day by transforming the horn if you have enough crystals on your horn.
-5 crystals allows a small twist (ex: a Green Horn of Song)
-10 crystals allow a medium twist (ex: a Loud Horn of the Majestic Aria)
-15 crystals allow a large twist (ex: the Golden Horn of the Jagged Mountain)
-20 crystals allow an epic twist (ex: Adalgiso's Ruby Horn of Rare Hope)

10 Destroy all walls in room. Costs 5 power.

13 Blow the horn to give all allies present a 1/5 bonus to bal/eq. Lasts 15 min. 3x/game month
14 */* Electricity Buff (only one damage type can be active)
15 Target one person to lust them (unlimited)

17 Summon lusted person to you (3x per IG day)
18 */* Excorable Buff (only one damage type can be active)

20 Blow horn and all allies can teleport to you instantly for next 5 minutes with no power cost (to them) but limited to normal teleport blocking like distort and monos. Teleport stretched to to all known planes (prime/ethereal/elemental/cosmic/astral) or local plane if not on a known plane. 5 power to use and limited to 1/game day.

* The strength of the buff depends on the number of crystals in your horn. Under seven crystals, the buff is 1/13. Under thirteen crystals, the buff is 2/13. Otherwise the buff is 3/13
