19.4.10.1 CROWNS OF MASTERY

These prized crowns, available from fortune cookies received from the Wheel of Fortune, offer a variety of benefits in the area to which they correspond.

Crowns of Mastery: 
   - Master of a specific area granting a multitude of benefits while
     in the area, including:
     - Universal Damage Resistance 3/12
     - Universal Damage Buff 3/12
     - Regeneration 3/12
     - Universal Influence Buff 3/12
     - Entry/exit awareness in the area
     - Strong rooting ability in the area
     - Fast teleport to anyone in the area (stacks with other teleport
       speed devices); note that only the target has to be in the area
     - Syntax: SMITE <target> - special attack against denizens and players,
      though only usable if at full mana and costs 500 mana to cast; 
      also can be done remotely against players (lower damage)
    - Syntax: PROCLAIM <text> - sends a message to everyone in the area

   - MASTERCROWN - allows you to merge and break apart crowns for ease of use.
     Syntax: MASTERCROWN FORM crown & crown (to merge crowns together)
             MASTERCROWN BREAK crown - (to break it apart to components)
             MASTERCROWN NAME LIST - list possible crown names to choose from
             MASTERCROWN NAME crown NAME - set name of crown
