Great Libraries

The Great Libraries have finally been built within the cities and communes of the Basin. As a library grows in prestige and size through the writings contributed by the many authors in the Basin, so too does the cultural standing of the city or commune in which that library stands. Thus, begins the Cultural Wars of Lusternia!
