10.6.8 THE MINISTRY OF SECURITY
Though perhaps the most dangerous office in the city or commune, the Security Minister is charged with protecting citizens and/or commune members and is expected to coordinate guard positions, brand a person as an enemy or ally of the city/commune and oversee the use of Nexus Powers. BRAND <person> <ALLY|ENEMY> <reason> - Brand a person an enemy or ally DIPLOMACY - Manage enemyings and fines - See also: HELP DIPLOMACY NEXUS DEFOLIATE - Spread a defoliating aerosal through the area NEXUS TYPES - View guard types NEXUS GUARDIAN CREATE - Create a guardian shell NEXUS GUARDIAN BECOME - Become a guardian NEXUS GUARDIAN LIST - List active guardians NEXUS SUMMON - Summon guards NEXUS DISTORT - Raise a field of distortion in your city or controlled territory NEXUS INSPIRE - Inspire the health, mana, and ego of all city members to new heights. NEXUS RALLY - Rally the city guards to higher levels NEXUS PSIFIELD - Raise a psionic field to speed up guards NEXUS STATUS - When used at the Nexus or an Obelisk in a village you control, displays the status of all guards. DISMISS - Dismiss a guard OPERATE <construct/colossus> - Operate a construct or colossus for your city during nexus world battles ACTIVATE COLOSSUS - Activate a colossus miniature in a nexus world for your city INSERT <upgrade> INTO <construct/colossus> - Upgrade with heart (colossus only), gears, girdle, cloak, jellies, scrolls and kegs The Security Minister and his aides have the following city/commune-specific powers: Cities ------ NEXUS FLUX - Fluctuations in the elemental plane will harm enemies of the city. NEXUS RIPPLE - Ripples in the cosmic plane will harm enemies of the city. NEXUS STATUES - Get a list of statues in the city and how soon they'll decay. Communes -------- NEXUS SURGE - Surge power into the champions on the ethereal plane NEXUS LIVEFOREST - Bring the forest around your nexus alive NEXUS IRONBARK - Protect trees from being chopped
