The Wyrd of Glomdoring

Members of the Glomdoring Commune discovered shimmering roses growing on the forest floor. These strange roses would prick the fingers of any who plucked them, absorbing the blood. The petals of the roses could then be pressed into the cocoon that the ebonglom wyrm spun around the Master Ravenwood Tree. An enormous creature eventually broke free of the cocoon, which flew over the Glomdoring Forest. Also in the cocoon were the Great Spirits of Mother Night and Crow, as well as the newly formed Viravain and Isune. The result of this great divine ritual was the transformation of the taint within the dark forest, which the fae called the Wyrd of Glomdoring.
