18.5 PLANTS AND HERBS

Plants and herbs abound in Lusternia. Learning their properties should be a
high priority for all adventurers.

By the proper use of herbs and plants you may 
- remove or heal numerous afflictions.
- erect defences that prevent certain afflictions.
- create salves and potions, using the Alchemy trade skill (HELP ALCHEMY).

You can store herbs and plants in your rift (if you have the planar skill) or 
commodity belts.

Plants and herbs may be eaten or smoked, in addition to their use as
ingredients for practitioners of the skill of alchemy.
