10.1.2 MANIFESTATIONS OF THE DREAMING

In the aptly named month of Vestian, the greatest dreams of the Basin's adventurers form what is known as Manifestations of the Dreaming. In the first days of Avechary, they make an appearance as barely discernible beings upon Elemental and Ethereal Planes, and even the Plane of Astral. You shall not spot them with the naked eye but you will undoubtedly sense their passing. They manifest as indistinct shapes, sparkling, thrumming in the air with power that prickles the hair should you reach out to touch them. 

Dispersing one forcefully will yield a sand of the dreaming, a powerful agent that can empower dream-borne beings such as Aspects of the White Hart and Aspects of Crow, as well as any Elemental Lords and Ladies. Remember a dream sand is quick to fade and should you not bring it to anyone, a Manifestation of the Dreaming will be reborn of it.

Bring one sand to each of the beings aligned with your organisation, and any essence brought to your nexus will increase in value. The effect of empowerment will last until the next Avechary, when the greatest of dreams must be caught again.
