Reports are Open

One of the things we wanted to do during the Livestream was announce that we were opening up reports once again. Unfortunately, we had to cancel it (really sorry again!) which means we did not announce it. We also don’t want you to have to wait until we’re able to do the Livestream to have reports, so with that in mind, we are opening reports up!

One aspect that we were hoping to explain more during the livestream is that we are going to be more critical about how time-consuming or involved a report is. That isn’t to say that we won’t approve time-intensive reports, we just are going to weigh the overall scope of the report when assessing it. For instance, a report that is intensive but only benefits one class will be less likely than an intensive report that benefits the whole playerbase.

We want you to be informed about how we’re going to assess reports so you can feel more confident in the reports you are submitting. If you really think something is an issue and don’t have any ideas other than something intensive to implement, then please do submit it, but be aware that you are going to have to state your case to back it up in order for us to take it on.

If you are unfamiliar with the reporting system, please see HELP REPORTS and HELP REPORTWRITING for more information.
