Greetings everyone,

Today I wanted to announce the end of acceptance of requests for private
rooms within Deepnight, effective five years from now, specifically my
100th birthday. To date, people of all walks of life have purchased
twenty-two private rooms for themselves, amongst seventeen individuals
(not counting those that co-own). I sincerely appreciate this, because
while it means that you've found homes for yourselves, it also means
that you have helped shape the city in your own way.

In the years after the cutoff date, if I deem it necessary for a private
room to be created (and I may, the elite district is too bare for my
tastes), I will create additional rooms for sale. I suspect the buyers
will be afforded the same discount as the current citizens, in the fact
that you simply cannot purchase cheaper anywhere else, because the city
funding, and my own, pays for part of each private room.

Those interested in purchasing a room may do so, and should your request
be submitted before the cutoff, it will be honored.
