For those of you who are new to the Astral Plane and wondering why you
can't get much power out of nodes and for those who drain nodes because
they have nothing better to do:

Astral nodes regenerate very slowly when they're empty and very fast
when they're full.
Put very simply if you find an empty node then don't link it as it will
take months for it to regain fresh power.
The rule of thumb is to link a node when its crackling or has a rainbow
halo. When it starts showing motes then you know its time to stop. If
left at this level then nodes regenerate at fast enough speeds that they
can be reused after a brief break.

Please don't deplete the nodes as it means not only that other people
can't use them - but when you return in a few days having let neurosis
subside there is still no power to drain.
This goes ESPECIALLY for Capricorn and Cancer as people inexperienced
with drawing nip from cosmic and back quickly taking what power they can
before they die with no regard to the actual amount of power left in the
node
