While I'd like to commend you for your vision, and thought put into your
own project, I must counterpost. Not to attack you of course, for we
have been friends for many years, but to offer up a secondary solution,
and to not sway the public away from my own project.

Everything you wanted to be done, could be done in Deepnight, and some
of those things, in fact, are being planned. Also, we have about sixteen
people on the project, with a new sixth room donated to us today, and
the room number is likely to double soon. I'd like to see you join us on
this, as many citizens of the basin are doing daily.

If not, then I wish you well on your own project, and I will point the
public to my former post, 259, where it states that it is actually
cheaper to purchase a room in Deepnight, than anywhere else in this
world.
