A lifelong dream of mine has been to create a hub of planar rifts,
paintings, and other semipermanent methods of easy transportation to
areas all throughout the Basin and the surrounding planes. And now, with
the introduction of the Aetherways and Manses, I can!

I am planning on constructing a Manse filled with planar rifts to all
the villages, links to all the cities and communes, and prominent
locations in the Ethereal, Elemental, Cosmic, and Astral planes. But I
can't do it without help.

See, there's this little problem with my cash flow: at its current rate,
I'd have to save up for centuries to actually build something with as
many rooms and with as many doors as this. So I'm asking for donations.
Any donation of 10000 gold or more gets lifelong access to the Manse.
Any donations below that will be counted toward future membership fees.

I also need (although this is slightly more long-term) some help from
each city and commune. I'd need permission to place a gate in the
Ethereal, Elemental, and Cosmic planes, simply because of security
issues. I am planning, though, to use reinforced doors between gate
rooms, especially those that link, say, the planes connecting to
Magnagora and the planes connecting to Celest, and of course I'd lock
those against city/commune enemies, and, in times of war, prevent people
from enemy cities from accessing those gates. Linking the Manse to the
portals rooms in each city would also be something I need.

Anyhow, this has been a lifelong dream of mine, and I'd really like to
see it happen, hopefully in the near future. So please, help me (and the
citizens of the Basin!) out with this.
