As of this writing, a new policy will be enforced within the boundries
of the Serenwilde Forests.


No one who walks as an undead, a lich, will be permitted to enter the
Serenwilde Forest.

Those who are found within the forest while undead, will be fined 10,000
gold sovereigns as well as enemied for no less than a year.
