9.1.3 THE ARTS SKILL (Common)

Most people have some artistic ability but it takes studying the fine arts
to truly become proficient. Artists first learn to craft a variety of
common every day items and then go on to learn how to mix tinctures.
Eventually, they are ready to create paintings and sculptures, always in
demand by enchanters who can enchant them. A most useful consequence of
mastering this skill is the discerning eye of a trained artist, which can
see small imperfections and flaws in illusions.
