13.6 SAFE ROOMS

Occasionally, you will find rooms in Lusternia where violence is prohibited.
You simply will not be able to execute offensive abilities, and, if you find
you are, it is most likely a bug. Examples of such places are the rooms where
the Portal of Fate and Avechna's Temple are located.
