Just as a point of reference, since I find the quoting and consistent
attention of Elder Gods rather interesting.

Communes existed long before Auseklis returned to the First World,
having been forged in their own right and their own way without the
guidance or direction of Elder Gods. Our recent return may have changed
some things and altered some perceptions, but it cannot change
historical fact.

If your commune existed prior to Auseklis' return, then the core values
of what a commune is and what it stands for, are decided by the commune,
not an Elder patroning it.
