All right. For everyone out there who just doesn't get it, I'm going to
say this once, and only once.

The bit about my harem being a brothel? That's a lie, made up and
perpetuated by various people who simply hate my guts. You guys know who
you are.

The bit about the Shanthine Pride being my harem? Just isn't so. Harem
members are pride members, most pride members are not harem.

The stories about slavery? My ladies like me decisive and in charge, but
my respect for their individuality, free will, and personal happiness is
a common thread for why they stay with me.

By far, most of my women have come to me because some other guy was
jerking them around: ignoring them, lying to them, emotionally abusing
them... I pick up the pieces, put them back together, show them someone
cares. And a lot of them decide that sharing one good aslaran is a
better deal than having exclusive rights to... the other men they've
known.

Perhaps those of you who spend so much time and energy hating me for my
way with women would be better off lavishing it on attentiveness,
caring, and integrity toward the woman beside you.
