Beloved City!

Today, while rounding up some supplicants in the city, I stumbled on
rather large amount of herbs lying around on the ground. Since I take
that the person would be more than happy to get them back I decided to
make this post.

There was a total of 2339 herbs. To identify the true owner of them I
kindly ask him/her to do the following:
Message me what kind of herbs you have lost, at least an approximate
number of each herb, where they were lost and when they were lost.

If the above information will match the information I have, I will
return the herbs to the rightful owner in person or send them in a
letter.
