I urge you to recall the discussion we recently held in an Aether Manse,
with many members of the Star Council present to represent Celest, and
Sarrasri and I present on behalf of the Serenwilde. As we said then,
Celestian citizens are welcome within the Serenwilde and her territories
so long as they are not enemies of the Seren people. If they are asked
to leave by any Seren, they should do so.

This is the case now, and until we state otherwise. You will be informed
of any changes.
