Regarding Shorlen's post,

Visitors are typically welcome in Serenwilde, provided that they are not
enemies of Serenwilde and treat our forest and her inhabitants with
respect. This will not change unless the Moonhart Circle decree so -
however, given the current situation, I would like to request of Celest
and her citizens that they avoid Seren territories until clarification
can be made by Serenwilde's elected leaders, purely as a precaution for
their safety, and that any travel in Seren territory be undertaken at
their own risk.

Should I see Celestians, I will request that they leave civilly, as per
the right granted me to do so by the Sacred Leaves of Serenwilde, and if
they do not, then further avenues will have to be explored as befit the
situation.

I sincerely hope that a solution to the issue at hand is found, and I
shall endeavour to make sure that an official announcement by the
Moonhart Circle follows shortly.

Any raiders or enemies of Serenwilde entering Seren territory will, of
course, be forcibly removed as always.
