this stupid serenwilde/celest war. the truth to why it started.

Addressed to: Everyone
this came up while I talked with a hig ranking member of serenwilde. I
admit I may have led him to answer these, but it was the only way I
could figure out to get through all this mess and find the problem.
Here's the log, judge serenwilde as you seem fit. I know this'll cast me
out as a commune member, but I'm already not of it, for this revelation
shames me to be a continued member.
You say, "I'm just curious, do you know who hunts the angels?"\
no answer, ignored by the informant talking to my friend..
upon my informant, a high ranking member, saying he wouldn't want me or
my friend to leave, and that all seren are family.
You say, "Aye, yet we turn on each other over the drop of a hat."
the informant says, "It is never that simple."
the informant says, "Seren have a choice, it is who we are. You can
choose to bring about change through words and deeds, or you can try by
saying "We won't come back until you change", which is essentially what
the New Leaf is doing."
You say to the informant, "You admitted yourselves, a few people hunted
the angels right? why can't we just drop this whole mess, let them have
their ban on the angels, in turn they have to do something for us?"
the informant says to you, "Because hunting Angels is their choice. We
won't ban it because someone tells us to."
my friend says, "I thought the deal was that we didn't hunt angels, and
they wouldn't hunt fae."
You say, "But here's the problem. we've asked them to ban attacking the
fae, right?"
the informant says to you, "Aye, in a way. Did they have to do it? No.
But if they didn't stop their people hunting Fae, then we would."
the informant says to you, "They could have just as easily chosen not to
ban hunting fae, and for a while, that ban was removed."
You say to the informant, "But they did ban it right? and no one from
their came to harm the fae, right?"
the informant to you, "Right. Except during the time when they removed
the ban."
You say, "They then did put it back up, until this time right?"
the informant says, "Correct."
You say to the informant, "You see the problem then? it's US! The
Serenwilde, or it's leaders."
the informant says to you, "No, I don't. If they didn't ban taking fae,
were we going to go to war? No. We were going to do what we always do,
protect the fae. They however, when we didn't bow, decided it would be
better to go to war."
the informant says to you, "They didn't have to ban taking fae, just as
we don't have to ban killing Angels."
You say to the informant, "That's the problem! are you too proud or old
to see it? We asked them to put a ban up.. and they did. then they asked
us for the same later. and we denied. our leaders denied."
the informant says, "Then they should have reacted the same way we did
when they had no such ban."
the informant says, "I'm sorry but that's the way it is."
You say, "You.. . The point is, we asked Celest of something. They
honoured it. Did we honour their request? NO!"
the informant says, "I don't want to be at war either."
You say, "We should just honour their request, as they have honoured
ours. that will solve it, to an extent."
A commune that will go to war for the sake of a few angel hunters. is
this really what a commune is? what serenwilde is? and to think we
demanded a ban from celest, who gave it, denied it a bit, then returned
it until this war started. and then we deny their wishs? I know I will
be seen as a betrayer, but all must know of this, at least to my
saddened eyes.
