To the members of the Collective of Serenwilde:

As you may or may not know, the Righteous Principality of New Celest is
currently in a state of war with the Collective of Serenwilde. This is
due primarily to the failure of your government to negotiate with New
Celest. The terms of the ultimatum given were fair and rational, yet no
response was heard from your leadership, other than attempting to buy
out our enchantments in preparation for war. Hopefully our two sides may
come together for the sake of peace once more.

To that end, I wish to inform the members of the Serenwilde of our ally
list. Individuals on this list will not be treated as a hostile enemy.
Those eligible for the list are members of Divine orders aligned with
New Celest and direct family members of New Celest citizens.

Any who commit a hostile action will be removed from this list and
enemied immediately.

If you are eligible and wish to join this list, please message me. If
you have messaged me in the past and are still eligible, please speak
with me again. If the Star Council deems you acceptable, you will be
added to the list.
