Regrettably, due to the continued allowance of the Serenwilde's
leadership to permit its citizens to slay angels and Lords of Tide, the
Star Council feels that we have no choice but to enact the following
law.

All members of the Serenwilde are hereby banned from the Elemental Plane
of Water and the Holy Cosmic Plane of Celestia. Any Seren found there
will be enemied and killed on sight.

This law is effective immediately. Ignorance is not an excuse for
noncompliance. No excuses for Seren presence will be tolerated,
including just "passing through".
