Lomdomian,
I'm afraid that by reading just those eight words out of all that were
scribed in my post, you have predictably misunderstood. The Serenwilde
is not the entirety of Nature, we are simply the last community who
revere it.
The true purpose of which I spoke is the service of the wilderness, the
caretaking of all the living realms of Nature and those who dwell in
harmony with it. It has nothing to do with some perceived subjugation of
the Spirits to the will of Serenwilde, when the reality is closer to the
reverse. While I am well aware that many of the Gloomfolk believe the
corruptive and dominating Wyrd to be a superior force to that of the
natural order, that is not the belief of the Serenwilde, and it was our
own policies which were questioned.
There are Fae which choose not to aide the Serenwilde in her efforts to
preserve and further respect for the living world, and as I said
previously it is our policy not to force them against their choice. Only
those 'Fae' who have pledged themselves knowingly to the very forces
which threaten their own existance have betrayed their heritage and
clearly departed from their natural and true purpose.
If you again have trouble in your comprehension of whole sentences, I
recommend you ask a more learned scholar in your commune to read this
post for you, so that we can both avoid further misunderstandings.
Regards,
Elryn Greythane.
