The Walkers, and the Lusternian Diplomatic Gathering

Greetings, Basin,
Due to the great difficulties of running the Walkers secretively (Since
people tend to assume that watever is done under a shroud of silence is
unlawful, unnecessary, or wrong - Far from the truth, but alas) the
Walkers have been reorganized. They are now a smaller part of a larger
organization known as the Lusternian Diplomatic Gathering; the
Gathering's purpose is, quite simply, to provide a channel of
communication.
Anyone at all is welcome to join the Gathering, to socialize, get to
know other cultures, or simply out of curiosity - Maybe to keep an eye
on those pesky Walkers. Most of our membership can already induct, and
even if you have had some friction with the organization before, you are
more than welcome to join us.
The Walkers continue to exist as members of the Gathering, but their
function within the clan is honorary, and the Gathering's administrative
structure is separate from the Walkers. Being a member of the LDG
involves no commitment and no special rules except for the obvious
necessity of civility while dealing with members of other civilizations.
You have nothing to lose with joining us. We would like to graciously
request New Celest to put down the statues tuned against us, as the
Walkers no long exist in the form of a clan (Most Walkers are in the
Gathering, but not all Gathering members are Walkers) and would be
willing to discuss the payment of a reparation to the City.
As an aside, we will be paying 2000 gold to any non-Walker who returns a
piece of jewellery associated with the Walkers that he or she has in
their possession; mail them to me.
