The only thing I regret of My actions yestermonth was that some innocent
young ones were harmed. I had not anticipated that a little water in a
city full of merians would cause actual harm, so to those who suffered
unduly due to My wave, I apologise.

However, it would seem that the count of innocents lost in New Celest by
My wave is rather less than the count of innocents who have been
abducted from Faethorn and forced against their will to be metamorphosed
into cherubs by Raziela recently. It also seemed that "you and yours"
were not taking My displeasure seriously enough, so a little
demonstration had to be arranged, it is merely unfortunate that some
young ones who didn't have anything to do with the folly of their
leaders were caught up in it.

Nevertheless, I am glad to see that the Princess and the Star Council
have finally come to their senses, and I thank you for your part in
guiding them to the right decision. Hopefully I will never have to be so
displeased with them again.
