The Iron Maiden, located S SE W from Atropos Plaza, which is in turn
five east of the Megalith, is going up for auction. All non-enemies of
Magnagora and non-enemies of the Divine Order of Raezon are eligible to
bid.

The auction will begin immediately, in Juliary, 135 CE, and will end in
six months, on the 25th of Dioni, 136 CE. The minimum bid is set for
300,000 gold sovereigns, and bids must be made in messages to both
Nymerya D'Erlette and Lord Raezon. All offers must be made as single
bids, but you can increase your bid at any time. Please note that this
is a privately run auction by Nymerya D'Erlette, and she is responsible
for notifying the buyer of any costs for debts and maintenance to the
shop after purchase

At the end of the auction, the highest bidder will be given three months
to pay the full amount of the sale. If they are unable to pay, the
second highest bidder will be given the opportunity to purchase the shop
within three months. If the two highest bidders have matching bids, they
will be notified and offered the chance to bid a higher amount.
