Views from the eyes of another

Greetings citizens of Lusternia, of all classes, shapes, sizes, and
ages. My life has been a long one, and one I can't complain too much
about. I have been in all four communities over the many years and have
seen the views and beliefs they each had to offer. I have lived four
lives, and have died for times over, so to say. But now I have a fresh
life, and I stand as a free citizen of the Basin, with the knowledge and
understanding of the different beliefs under my belt. I have seen the
greed in a city leader's eyes, I have seen the hopelesness sinking in
after a lost battle. I have seen triumphs that echo through the Basin in
unity! I have seen tears shed from broken bonds and shattered hearts.
This may all seem like useless dribble to you, but it is a view from a
person's eyes that you may have not seen before. The Basin is full of
many wonders and a variety of citizens, all of which are fun to be
around for some, and though you may not see eye to eye with them, they
really are great people over all. But sometimes your eyes are clouded by
the beliefs you are forced to swallow as a member of a city or commune.
The Light orders you to hate the taint, but what about the individuals
of Magnagora? The same goes for the other way around. I have seen
novices slain and spit at just because they were brought into a specific
guild, and for what reason?
My life personaly has been one broken road after another, though I still
manage to take joy and comfort out of it no matter what the situation. I
have my friends and family that have stuck by me through it all, and
those are the people I truely respect, and would lay my life down for
without a second thought. But my enemies have had an impact on my life
as well, and though I bitterly hate them, I still have to thank them for
pushing me to better myself. If you would just step back and take a look
at what the Basin truely has to offer, and not let yourself be blinded
by the labels on other's foreheads, you might find that the Basin is a
whole lot warmer then you originally thought.
