Hail, citizens of the Basin.


This missive comes to inform or remind you of the 'Host of the Forbidden
Flame', a church devoted to the worship of Lord Raezon, and to the
better understanding of His ideals. Any may join (although inevitably we
shall eject any who join in the wrong spirit), whether you be curious
about the worship of Lord Raezon, or already a devoted follower. The
Host is not a recruiting ground for the order, nor is it a means by
which one may progress to the Priesthood - it is a meeting place for the
congregation of Lord Raezon's worshippers, many of whom may worship
others deities in the Pantheon as well.

Lord Raezon is not 'tainted', to coin a vulgar phrase, nor are his
worshippers simply from Magnagora. He is unconcerned about taint or its
absence as He does not perceive taint as an ethically good or bad thing,
but merely as another opportunity for knowledge alongside many others.
In some small minded corners of the basin, failure to condemn the Taint
out of hand is tantamount to encouraging it, and the 'righteous' have
closed their doors and ears to Lord Raezon's wisdom. As a result of
this, Lord Raezon has always been most enthusiastically welcomed by the
Engine of Transformation. However, let me state catagorically that
*anyone* is free to join the Host, and if your city or commune is too
bigoted to allow it, we will endeavour to preserve your anonymity.
