Aye, perhaps the ending of our agreement was poorly worded. The
exclusion of Rockholm and Southgard from this treaty was due to our
inability to reach an agreement rather than our wish to exclude the
Dwarves from protection. I had always intended to return to this point
at a later date, once Serenwilde and Magnagora had elected leaders.

I can understand the Dwarven leaders displeasure with this, I myself was
unhappy we were not able to reach any agreement protecting Southgard
from future incursion. I do however find it supprising that Southgards
pleged of fealty to Magnagora was so quickly disregarded without even
knowing why the Dwarves were not yet included in our treaty. I had high
hopes that we could offer protection to both Southgard and Rockholm with
more negotiation, it seems now this is unlikely in the short term.
