As Magnagora's chosen representative I hereby ratify the following
terms as agreed to by both Serenwilde and Magnagora.

The City of Magnagora will not attack/kill denizens on the Ethereal
plane nor will it Taint the Ethereal plane.

If there is a violation, Serenwilde shall take protective measures
against that individual.

The Commune of Serenwilde shall not attack/kill denizens on the Earth
plane nor will it forest the Earth plane.

If there is a violation, Magnagora shall take protective measures
against that individual.

There is safe passage by both sides on both planes, assuming the above
provisions are followed.

Both organizations agree not to attack/kill the other's villages, or
anything within the confines of Magnagora, or Serenwilde, with the
exceptions of the Dwarves.
