I have created a new clan, a loose organization of anonymous spies and
bounty hunters. I am calling this clan the Eye of Night, and we may just
be able to find out what it is you want to know.

If there is something you want to know or find out, simply contact a
member of the leadership and inform them of what you want to know and
how much gold you are offering for that information. The leadership will
post your request anonymously to the clan board, and once that
information is secured and you pay the clan the agreed amount of gold,
you will be enlightened.

If you wish to anonymously seek information, you may contact the clan
leaders through letters with directions indicating how you wish to be
informed should there be success. Note that anonymous requests require
50% of the gold up front.

90% of the gold you offer as bounty for this information goes to the
member or member(s) who succeed in identifying it, 10% goes to the clan.

As the roster is kept a secret and information flows only to the
leadership but not between all members, anyone is allowed to join.
Whether or not you benefit from joining depends on your information
gathering skills. There are no clan dues.
