Hail and be well met, citizens of the Empire of Magnagora and the
Collective of Glomdoring,

On behalf of the Emperor, the Iron Council, and the Guilds of Magnagora,
I write to inform you that the sovereign Empire of Magnagora is no
longer willing to provide martial support for the Glomdoring Commune as
of this 16th day of Avechary, 116 CE. It is a regrettable decision, but
we stand strong and united in our resolve that Imperial lives and arms
cannot indefinitely champion those who will not help themselves. The
Empire respects and appreciates the willingness of the Shadow Court and
the people of Glomdoring to work hand-in-hand with us towards mutual
benefit. However, as Lady Viravain has made clear Her opinion that the
commune and its citizens do not require Imperial support, Magnagora
shall abide by this decision, and no longer offer our assistance towards
the defense and growth of Glomdoring.

The Empire shall continue to pursue open communication with the citizens
of the Commune in other matters, and welcomes those from Glomdoring who
tour our fair capital for shopping, trading and social matters. Our
close geography makes for natural ease of travel and our unique and rich
cultures have much to offer one another. In this, and other, respects
the Empire of Magnagora still stands in partnership with the citizens of
the Glomdoring Commune. We look forward to working with you in the
future, and hope that the wisdom and foresight of Lady Viravain guide
you to success.
