Firstly, yes it was Celest and our ancestors there who let forth the
Taint. A terrible thing indeed, but don't forget we've fought everyday
hence to fight back the Taint and we will not so easily make such
mistakes again. We practice humility and respect with all our actions as
we did in the past, and we're even more cautious now as to what we do.
We will always remember what happened in Celest in the past and fight to
stop what was caused by our ancestors in their mistakes.

Taint has corrupted the lands, you say so yourself and yet you post as
if you were an innocent victim. Although, it's very well known it was
your past kin who led the first onslaught against the Light and the
Basin of Life. It was a bad day when the Taint corrupted the Stone of
Truth and it has been hence. Of course, the Taint moved further when it
corrupted the expedition on the Astral plane. It moved into Magnagora,
and then further, unprovoked by any, into the Gloriana forest and
corrupted all within it. You remind us all of this everytime you sign
your name, or with your motto. "F'ai Glomdoring!" - I have no mercy.
That's what the Taint says, and it has no ground it will not try to
corrupt. It spread its corruption into the Ethereal realm, and would've
gone further all without the provocation of any mortal, be it they of
Nature, or we who walk in the Light. If it ever stopped we of the Light,
then it would move onto the forests just as it did in the past when the
Commune in the Gloriana there stood up to its spread. You cannot deny
this anymore than you can deny your gullibilty for believing letters
sent to you by anonymous people.

Also, you place alot of weight on an unofficial treaty designed by two
of differing cities that lacked the position to speak for either.
Further, this unofficial treaty was made on the spot by Chade of
Magnaora, and Revan of New Celest after a few Celestians formed a team
to try to remove the murderers that were making constant trips through
Delport. They were all Magnagorians. I know this as I was the one who
led the team into Delport to attempt to stop them, you weren't there so
I'm curious as to how you act on anything but hearsay. I assure you, it
was Magnagora who struck first here in modern times, and the Taint that
struck first back before us all.
