The recent exploits of Trader Bob have unleashed Aether Manes into the
Basin and the Aetherways between the Planes. As part of this, and as you
are all aware, the major organizations of the Basin have Portal rooms to
which Manses may be linked. In accordance with this, the Serenwilde has
instituted the following policy for those who wish to link to the
Serenwilde and are not members of the Collective.


You must deposit 60,000 gold in the First Seren Trust, in the Serenwilde
account.

You must then send your request via a message to the Power Minister of
the Collective.

After receiving the request, and verification of the deposit, your name
will be added to a list to be linked. Only one link will be made each
month and Serenwilde members will hold priority.
