Trust and Weakness

I am amazed anyone's lungs have the breath for such long windedness. I
will address your points with the utter brevity their lack of substance
dictates.

Where is the might of Magnagora, that you were able to betray us? All
civilization and community depends on internal trust to exist. With this
comes the understanding that such trust will at times be mistakenly
placed upon the untrustworthy. The measure of a society is not the blows
dealt to it, but the manner in which they are overcome.

Serenwilde will speak its own words, but before you attempt innuendo,
you might wish to recall that Lord Auseklis Himself has stated that the
Taint is of no more concern to the forests than the doctrines of the
Light. Perhaps you have also forgotten that Crow was hunted because it
opposed the White Hart as a Greater Spirit. How you think that relates
to Magnagora, I don't think even you can rationally explain, judging by
your attempts.

Your musings on your continued fate are filled with poetic imagery. This
is, unfortunately, their only redeeming feature. As you seek your new
life, I am sure there will be those who will look at you and think on
the old saying that 'the enemy of my enemy is my friend'. But who would
trust a traitor? You will ever only be a tool to an end, just as you
abused our trust as a tool to your own ends.

Penned by my hand on the 24th of Dioni, in the year 105 CE.
