Greetings to the basin,

I have the results of the Bookbinding Contest that was held a bit ago.
Do forgive the time it took to tally up the results, as my time is
scarce. Without further interruptions, I present to you the winners.

First Place Winner
Araura Elaysi of New Celest won first place for the submitted design of
"a sparkling manural of ruby", which depicted the harbour of New Celest
as well as the Supernals that New Celest cherishes so very much.

Second Place Winner
Erej Varija of Serenwilde won second place for the submitted design of
"a scroll of baroque silverwork", which depicted ingenious craftsmanship
and a superb eye for detail in silver working.

Please congratulate these two for their hard work and their beautiful
designs. As promised, once the Charities have put their hard work into
form, they will receive a custom one-of-a-kind book/scroll for their
hard work that no other will ever receive in the long life of the basin.
Again, I thank everyone who submitted work. It was a very difficult
choice to make.

Sincerely,
The Oracle

Penned by my hand on the 20th of Kiani, in the year 184 CE.
