Greetings,

As of this month and four months afterwards, I am holding a contest for
a bookbinding design. The rules are as follows:

1. You may enter two designs of your choice. However, they must be free
of grammatical errors, syntax errors, et cetera.
2. You must have your scholar write it down on a letter and have it
mailed before four months from this day. If your send it on the last day
of the last month, your entree will be discarded.
3. The design may of anything you so choose. However, the Charities have
a list in the annals of memory. Adhere to that list.
4. If your book design is chosen as the winner, you will be notified by
letter or by my servant, Venilo. Any mental messages or inquiries before
that point will be ignored.
5. This contest is open to all of the basin, no matter social
affiliation, religious affiliation, or political association. Anyone is
free to enter the contest at their own discretion.
6. There will be five to six judges who will be judging the designs. The
judges will not be able to enter the contest.

The awarded prizes will be:

First Place:
Five to ten credits.
Ten vials.
Three-thousand gold.
A custom book, tome, grimoire, et cetera presented to you, crafted of
your own design.
Please note: The will of the Charities has the final say to all designs
and their decision to reject or allow a design to become official will
be adhered to in all accounts.

Second Place:
Three to five credits.
Five Vials
Two-thousand gold
A book presented to you, created by the Covenant.

Third place:
One to three credits.
Three Vials.
One-thousand gold
A journal presented to you, created by the Covenant.
