Cooking
-New skill: Portions - allows cooks to make extra portions of food
(after master).
-New artifact: Spatula - doubles portions.

Enchantments
-New charge type: Acquisitio can now be charged if you know that spell.
Rubbing it will toggle acquisitio on or off.
-Bug fixed so no item should show up with huge number of charges.

Jewelry
-Crowns can now be worn over helmets.
-Jewelry will _only_ increase your prestige so much. To increase your
prestige beyond well-to-do, you must be at least wearing some clothing.

Poisons
-Immunity should now work properly.

Forging
-Etched runes will last one game month instead of 2 game days.
