We've received all the envoy reports and the reweavings shall commence,
starting with rituals.

General Rituals:
-Via is faster than teleport.
-Acquisitio will work if you are mounted and have scooping.
-Acquisitio will _not_ pick up player corpses.
-Carcer will show up in the room description.
-You may not chant laetitia on another while graced (though you can on
yourself).

Necromancy:
-Equilibrium has been halved when resurrecting as a lich.
-Liches are immune from ectoplasm.
-Omen will be seen to fade.
-Power cost on raisedead depends on level of the corpse.
-Raised dead will track.
-Ectoplasm will eventually disappear on its own.

Sacraments:
-Mana cost for dazzle reduced.
-Numen lasts longer.
-Inquisition will strip most defences, including lichseed and elixer
vitae.
-Trueheal can be cast in almost any circumstance so long as you have the
power for it.

General:
-Corpses can be targetted by the corpse's name (affects lastrites,
resurrect, raisedead, fossilize) and will target either in the room or
your inventory.
-Resurrecting with elixer vitae or conglutinate will drop your power to
0. (You don't need power to resurrect--if your power is at 0, you'll
still resurrect.)
