+ The max size of a demesne has been reduced.
+ If you have experienced bugs with left arm balance, that should be
resolved now.
+ The bug with sanctuary is fixed. Specifically, the ability to launch
remote attacks from a safe room (including sanctuary rooms and the few
rooms in Lusternia that are perma-peace) against people who are not in a
safe room should be blocked. This includes demesne effects as well as
distance summoning skills, moonburst, etc.
