Soon after the discovery of Malacoda, Fain, of the Red Masque summoned
His followers to Him. Aware of the discovery of an artifact of great
power, He set them to locate and obtain it. After searching the newly
discovered ruins of Malacoda and fighting off several members of
Serenwilde, they learned that the mirror itself must be what their Lord
sought. Approaching it, they witnessed azure flames licking against the
inside of the mirror. The mirror was soon engulfed in flame as a voice
issued forth, identified as that of Raezon, the Forbidden.

Able to finally touch the First World again when the mirror was repaired
by Eluan, the Forbidden commanded them to prepare His Fulcrux for His
return, constructing a curious construct of dark crystal. Ceren Valtyros
set out to lead a group of Magnagorans in an effort to create the
construct to His specifications. As they worked, Raezon was able to
reach out through the mirror and touch the sole member of His Order
present, Crylia Mes'ard.

When the construct was completed, Crylia led the Magnagorans to the
Temple of Raezon to carry out the instructions she had been imparted
with. She showed the symbol of her Order to Cassana, the fallen
archangel, who retrieved the Blade of Day and the Blade of Night from
their resting place. Crylia then led her to the Fulcrux of Raezon.

Approaching the construct, Cassana placed the Blade of Day within it,
releasing a wave of dark energy. She then touched the Blade of Day to
the construct, sacrificing her own essence to add to the power of the
blades in empowering the construct for her Lord. Power arced from the
construct into the Fulcrux, and the entire Fulcrux surged before Raezon,
the Forbidden appeared before those gathered.

Raezon then turned back to the construct, wrestling with an unknown
force. Soon three large metallic spheres were expelled and fell before
Him. He eagerly gathered each sphere and placed them into the construct,
which solidified around them, growing dormant as the energy slowly
dissipated. What these spheres were and why he acted so eagerly and
furtively around them was unclear. Only after the spheres were secreted
away did he turn to greet those present, looking gaunt and haggard
though well pleased with himself.

And so Raezon, the Forbidden has returned to the First World, taking
again His place among the Divine Pantheon of Magnagora and as Patron of
the Geomancers.

Penned by My hand on the 6th of Vestian, in the year 233 CE.
