Arena Games and Cheating

Hi all,

I think it should be pretty obvious, but anything that carries over from
one arena game to another is an oversight, and using that to your
advantage in any arena event that carries a reward is cheating!

This includes, but is not limited to, dryad trees, stag area sacrifice,
etc. I'm going to go through the code and fix any examples of this that
come to my attention, but be warned that it should be self-evident that
anything that grants you an unfair advantage at the start of an arena
game (specifically from a prior event) is absolutely cheating, and it
will result in your disqualification from the event (and potentially
disfavoring/shrubbing/etc.)
