12.2.4 THE FORESTS OF LUSTERNIA

Forests are important areas of life and magic. Every forest is protected by two of the Great Spirits of Nature, powerful totem spirits that converge into a nexus of power, usually in the form of a Great Tree in the centre of the forest. Highly attuned to the ethereal realm, the forests are reflected there where the veil between the physical and ethereal allows passage by the fae into the prime material plane.
