Arix here, just wanted to announce that we have a Minecraft server up and running, the address is cyric.sirensystems.net. It's survival multiplayer with a few mods like Runecraft, though creative mode can be asked for (probably won't get it but you can ask). There is also a website, at http://sirensystems.net/minecraft/ where updates will beposted by the server host (It's not me, but I don't know her Lusty name). So come join us, we'd love to see more people around!

With the runecraft mod, flying islands are possible, Kia. You could very well make Hallifax if you get enough sand. Besides, most of us have at least six forges

I found a mountain and went -straight- into it. Building above ground takes way too much effort.

Went into a hill by water to get away from night creepies, ended up digging down to bedrock and then over until I found the molten core. I'm liking it so far.

I ended up hallowing out a natural tower-like mountain. Going to use it as the framework for an actual stone tower.

1. Building is going well. Plenty of jungle wood nearby.
2. Pumping out the water in the hold is a gigantic pain in the ass.
3. Must find more iron for minecarts and tracks to import cows. May have to just rely on fish and wheat.
