There have been a lot of changes in the Basin this last decade. New
discoveries and major shakeups.
I was wondering if anybody would be willing to have a scholarly chat at
the World Library about the nature of souls. I'm interested in seeing
the various philosopher boyos discuss some of the following points.
What IS the nature of a soul?
What does the term "soulless" mean, in terms of what a soul is?
Why do the shard races seem to have the strongest potential of souls?
Is the potential "spark of divinity" a soul?
Is a soul the same as ye psyche or mind or consciousness? Is it
something more? Something less?
What of half-formed, nature and animal spirits? How do their souls
differ?
What is the nature of afterlife and the Fates?
What aspect does reincarnation have upon one's soul--that is, changing
the natural of ye racial makeup?
Is there a valid belief in a soul coming back after the afterlife--that
is, as a new personality in a new body?
What is the nature of soul transformation. What can affect a soul? Can
souls really be divided, multiplied, or merged?
I'd love to try to have a debate at the World Library if we could. Let
me know if ye are interested. Alternately, if any of ye have the cash to
spare and the spirit to speak up, I'll expect ye'll use this public news
aethertext for responses.
