Hello all,

With that damn twisty tentacled tendrilled hairy eyeballed Souless
Spagehtti Squid THING treatening creation, things are gettin' deadly
serious.

We need to consider the best candidate to back for Ascension. This boyo
will have to have the power and wisdom to send Kethuru back to his
oubellete within our cosmos. We have to choose from Shorlen, Shamarah,
Forren, Kaervas, Hallen, Amarysse, Soll, Daevos, and Exarius.

We should be choosing the best candidate for that job alone. It
shouldn't be based solely on city or commune philosophical influences,
because in the big picture--if squiddyboyo gets free, nothing's gonna
matter anymore. Either we'll all be destroyed, or Estarra's gonna have
to work with the fates to reweave the cosmos, and she might decide to
leave out neat things like Dwarves and Cats and Platypuses.

I will be holding a gathering at the World Library Forum in a few
months. I encourage all the candidates to show up, and plead ye skills
and talents for those of us who are undecided. If nobody shows, we'll
just debate the merits of the candidates ourselves among the audience.
