To those that teach novices in the future: Please remind them that the
weapons they receive from the weapons rack are on lone and that they
should return them when they have outgrown that weapon. You may also let
them know that there will be a small reward if they do indeed return the
weapon.
If you find a guildmember that has returned a novice weapon that they
were given, message Chief Daganev and they will be credited and rewarded
via project 22
