Magnagora comes to you with an offer. Both of you have watched your
miners fall, only to watch them raised by Angkrag, to toil for eternity
in the mines as undead. Magnagora does not treat its enemies kindly, as
both of your kingdoms have shown us no kindness since a handful
committed a verbal faux pas in treating dwarves as pawns in a game of
war.

The first dwarven kingdom to cast off the yoke of New Celest, to cease
being the pawns in the diversions that City of 'Light' tries to cause,
will find itself in Magnagora's good favours. The leader of that kingdom
will be crowned King or Queen, and any Angkrag slaves will be released
from their bonds.

Magnagora will protect you at all costs, as we defend all who swear
fealty to our justice and strength. If both of you deem it wise to stand
under our flag, I will seek negotiations with all Magnagoran villages,
to work out a means of monopoly and compromise so that all are safe from
the attacks and enslavements of the others.
