Hello everyone!

I'm writing this post to announce a grand Festival in honor of Lord
Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince taking place within the city of New Celest.
The Festival will take place in the the month of Dioni, in the year 160
A.E.. The exact day will be announced closer to the time of the
Festival. The city will welcome all non enemied people to attend the
Festival and join in the fun!

There will be a raffle drawing at the end of the Festival giving away
four prizes. These prizes will be boxes containing mysterious items.
They could be enchanted greatrobes, gold, jewels, any sort of riches -
the only way to find out for sure is to win a box. To win a box, you
need to buy a ticket. Tickets cost 1,000 gold each, to buy them, send
the gold to Noola in a SIGNED letter. You'll get a message with your
ticket number(s). You can buy as many tickets as you like! The proceeds
of the raffle will go to Lord Lyreth's Order to fund projects in service
of our Lord Lyreth.

Tickets can be bought anytime between the date of this posting and the
beginning of the Festival by those of non enemied status. Should you buy
a ticket and become an enemy of the City, you will be refunded.

Other Scheduled events:

Dramatics Contest - Teams of two will use their abilities in dramatics
to perform a SHORT sketch (no more than two-five minutes in length). The
sketches can be funny, dramatic, action-packed, informative, whatever
the team decides (excluding material that would violate the policies
listed in HELP POLICY). The teams will be judged by three judges based
upon the following criteria: use of dramatics abilities (using one
ability well is better than cramming lots of abilities poorly into one
sketch!) and creativity. There will be a First, Second and Third place
prize for this contest.

Joke Contest - Contestants will wait outside the room where three judges
will listen to each joke. Jokes may not violate any of the policies
listed in HELP POLICY. One at a time, they will enter and tell their
joke. Funniest one wins based on majority vote of the judges. First
place and runner-up prizes available. All the jokes will be compiled and
submitted to the library on behalf of the Order, after the Festival.

A Ball - Dancing, music, food and fun for all. Besides all that, there
will be three mini-contests going on. Mystery judges will be in
attendance and will be watching the goings on. The judges will be
looking for: The Best Dressed (including both clothes and appearance),
The Best Dancer (solo) and The Best Dancers (couple). There will be a
prize for each winner to be awarded after the Ball.

Besides these events, there will be discussions on the tenants of Lord
Lyreth and chances to learn more about Him and His Order.
